Geboren in Baghdad/ Irak 1960. Beeldend kunstenaar, graficus en ontwerper. Studeerde Kunst en Filosofie. Professioneel kunstenaar sinds 1984. Voor hem "mengen kunst en filosofie zich, omdat in de diepte hun koers gelijk is." Gelooft niet in 1 gefixeerde vorm die de kunstenaar zou kunnen beperken of in het materiaal op zichzelf. "Wat belangrijker is, is de stijl. De stijl is de hoedanigheid van de kunstenaar die we waarnemen en zien in zijn/haar werk en die pas voltooid is bij zijn/haar dood."
